Housing & Daily Living
You deserve more than a roof over your head — you deserve a safe place to rest, heal, and rebuild. Our homes and facility provide structure, stability, and the support of Angels who are there around the clock.
NUTRITION
Healing starts from within. That’s why we provide three nourishing meals every day, along with snacks and hydration, prepared with care and customized for your needs. Every meal is an opportunity to feel cared for and strengthened.
Transportation
Getting to appointments, programs, and resources shouldn’t be stressful. Our Angels coordinate reliable rides so you can focus on what matters most — your health, growth, and independence.
CASE MANAGEMENT
No one should have to navigate life’s challenges alone. Your Angel will work with you to build a personalized plan, connect you to benefits and resources, and support you as you set goals and move forward.
Outpatient Care
Healing doesn’t stop at housing. We offer therapy, wellness programs, and recovery support that you can access whether you live with us or in the community. These services are designed to strengthen both body and mind.
Wraparound Support
Your needs go beyond one service — and we understand that. From Medicaid and SNAP assistance to job readiness and community partnerships, we bring all the pieces together so you’re fully supported.
Activities & Enrichment
Life should include joy, growth, and connection. That’s why, through the Metamorphosis Transformation Center (MTC) membership, we offer daily activities in partnership with our community providers, scheduled in blocks to keep your days engaging and purposeful. These programs help you learn, create, and connect with others.
